To ensure the safe and enjoyable use of the Cove Manila Beach Club Daycation Pool, we ask that you read through and adhere to these terms and conditions:
●    Operating Hours:
      o    Mon to Thu | Weekday Session from 12nn-8pm 
      o    Fri to Sun | Midday session from 9am-2pm 
            Sunset Session from 3-8pm 
Full Day session from 9am-8pm 
●    Daycation for deluxe and junior suite guests are subject to a discounted rate plus consumable based on table/cabana chosen.
●    Daycation for premium suites and villa guests get 2 complimentary access to Daycation, consumable not required, free seating is available.
●    Additional unregistered companion is subject to applicable Day Visitor rates.
●    Children under the age of 12 must be attended by a parent or guardian at all times. The guardian must be an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age. 
●    Kids below 43in or 110cm (height of counter) get 20% on Day Visitor rate. This discount cannot be combined with any statutory discount and cannot be used in conjunction with other existing promotions and other discounts offered by Beach Club Daycation. Infants (under 8 months) is complimentary.  Children under the age of 3 must wear swim diaper at all times.
●    Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. 
●    Guests must rinse/shower before entering the Pool.
●    All guests are advised to exercise extreme care when using the Pool and its related facilities.  Any activities conducted thereat shall be at your own risk. Lifeguards will not be present at all times.
●    No diving, running, jumping, pushing, or horseplay is permitted.
●    Only food and beverage served by Okada Manila are allowed to be consumed within the Pool area.  Consumption of food and beverage when inside the Pool is prohibited.
●    Smoking in the pool is prohibited.  As courtesy to all guests, please be mindful of designated smoking and non-smoking areas.
●    Glass items are not allowed in or around the Pool area.
●    Discretion and responsibility must be observed if consuming alcoholic beverages.
●    One (1) complimentary towel rental per guest will be given upon entry. Additional towel will be charged Php100 per towel. Used towel/s are to be are returned upon exit. 
●    Daycation Guests must wear the corresponding wrist tag while attending Beach Club Daycation. This should not be removed during stay to avoid possible additional charge. Okada Manila Team Member will assist in removing the wrist tag at the exit. 
●    It is not advisable to swim within an hour of a heavy meal. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, sick or feeling unwell, took medication, have any contagious eye or skin disorder or experiencing a compromised immune system are likewise advised against swimming or using the Pool.
●    Guests shall be denied entry if they exhibit flu-like symptoms such as cough or fever.
●    These Terms and Conditions may be altered or changed without prior notice.
●    Okada Manila reserves the right to refuse access and/or remove guests who fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
