MECHANICS
How to Join
ā All current Reward Circle members are qualified to join the promo.
ā Reward Circle members may refer as many non-members as they can and have them sign up for the Reward Circle program.
ā Reward Circle members will earn rewards when their referred applicant successfully registers to the program and earns Tier Points within the first 90 days of membership.
ā Both referrer and referral are required to provide valid mobile numbers and receive promo offers from Okada Manila.
How to Refer
ā If the referrer is present during sign-up,
o The referrer must fill out the referral form and read the Terms and Conditions of the program.
o Tick āPresentā on the form.
o The referred applicant must then sign the waiver, agreeing that Okada Manila will link their account to the referrerās and to receive promo offers via SMS, Viber, and email.
ā If the referrer is not present during sign-up,
o The referred applicant must fill out the referral form and read the Terms and Conditions of the program.
o The referred applicant must know the complete name and membership number or date of birth of the referrer for proper identification.
o Tick āAbsentā on the form.
o The referred applicant must then sign the waiver, agreeing that Okada Manila will link their account to the referrerās and to receive promo offers via SMS, Viber, and email.
ā Upon successful registration, the referred member will be issued a Reward Circle membership card and may start earning points at Okada Manila.
Tier Points Earning
ā New sign-up (referral) members must earn a minimum of 500 Tier Points within 90 days of signing up.
ā Existing members (referrer) will receive the Circle Points based on the Tier Points earning rewards structure.
ā Circle Points will be rewarded to existing members through bulk upload.
ā Both existing and new sign-up members must provide valid phone numbers and opt in communication.
ā Loading of rewards to referrerās membership card will be within 20 gaming days after the first 90 gaming days of the referralās sign up gaming date.
ā Qualified referrers will be notified via SMS that the reward has been loaded to their account.
ā Sign-up date is counted as the first day of earning Tier Points.
