Cancellation Clauses
ā If the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival date – 90% refundable.
ā If the booking is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival date – 50% refundable.
ā There will be no refunds if booking is canceled within 3 days before arrival date. In case of an emergency, guest must provide any of the following to claim a refund:
o Doctor’s letter (if reason is medical) or,
o Airline cancellation letter
ā Money transfer/wire fees from the total refund will be deducted from the group if the group cancels. The amount will be $25
