Daily Rewards

1. )     Member must be present during prize redemption. Proxy is not allowed.
2. )     Voucher must be signed by the member before use.
3. )     Dining vouchers are for dine-in transactions only. Take-away is not allowed.
4. )     Voucher is for one-time use only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
5. )     If the amount of voucher is not fully utilized, the outlet is not required to give cash change to the member.
6. )     For Free Play option, member can redeem at any membership kiosk.
7. )     Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date indicated on the front side.
8. )     Expired vouchers will be considered null and void.
9. )     Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for partial redemption.
10. )   Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand-printed, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical, or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.
11. )   Lost or stolen voucher/s will not be reissued.
12. )   Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.
13. )   All matters and disputes shall be subject to final decision of Okada Manila.
