ā Dress Code: For safety and comfort, all challengers must adhere to the following:

o Hair must be tied back
o Pockets must be empty (no keys)
o No belt buckles
o Footwear is not allowed (no shoes or sandals)
ā Lockers are provided free of charge for your convenience.
ā No food or drinks are allowed inside the arena.
ā Players are encouraged to hydrate before and after the game.
ā Participants who are unwell, have had a fever in the last 24 hours (without medication), or have been exposed to a contagious illness will not be permitted to enter.
ā All participants must complete the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) honestly and accurately.
